NEW Recommendations
I recently spend my birthday weekend here and wanted to add a few more options!
Dinner at The Wreck
A MUST for seafood lovers! Right on the water, tucked away, a total hidden gem. This was Kiara's families restaurant featured in Outer Banks! Time it so you can watch the sunset over Shem Creek
Lunch at Five Loaves for salads and sandwiches on Mount Pleasant
Drinks on Shem Creek at Saltwater Cowboys
Dinner at Locals Sushi
Super casual sushi and sports pub. They have interesting options like spicy tuna bites (my favorite) and even hibachi tacos.. don't knock it till you try it
Charleston Head Spa
A MUST whenever I am in town. It's like a facial for your scalp and it is heaven.
Shopping on King St
We went to Tecovas and I got a new pair of boots with custom branding! The best birthday gift
Lunch/drinks at 167 Raw and 167 Bar
Both are right next to each other but have different options. I like 167 Bar for drinks and apps (the caviar cone and mezze app is so good) and 167 Raw for lunch. There is always a wait so we like to put our name in at 167 Raw and grab drinks and apps at 167 Bar while we wait!
Coffee from Metto on Mount Pleasant
Boozy brunch at Bodega
There are two locations, one in Mount Pleasant and one downtown. I personally prefer downtown because it has table service and more fun drink options!
Charleston Second Sunday Market
If you find yourself in Charleston on a second sunday, head to King st for the biggest market I've ever seen!
Helicopter ride with Fly Heli
This was such an amazing experience! My favorite thing we did by far. You can use my code laurenssuitcase for $$ off your ride!
